Pink sauce spaghetti recipe
Ingredients :
Spaghetti
Butter - 1 tbsp
Mixed herbs - 2 tsp
Salt
Pepper - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1tsp
chilli flakes - 1-2tsp
Cheese
Garlic
Water
Oil
Tomato
Maida/ All purpose flour
Method :
Take a vessel, fill it with enough water
Add one tablespoon oil and salt.
After the water is boiled, add spaghetti and wait for 2 mins.
Let the spaghetti fully soak inside the vessel and give it a light mix.
Cook it from low to medium flame.
Check after 10minutes and once it's cooked 80percent.
Strain the spaghetti and allow it to cool.
Making of tomato paste :
Add 3 tomatoes to mixer and grind to paste.
Then pour the mixture into a vessel and cook until it turns to a thick paste.
