CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA RECIPE

 HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA

Chocolate pudding

This is the easiest dessert you can make at your homes.


Ingredients :

Milk - 1 cup

Dark chocolate 

Cocoa powder - 2tbsp

Cream - 1/2 cup

Gelatin - 1 tbsp

Water

Sugar - 4 tbsp

Vanilla essence - 2tsp




Method :


Take a vessel and add milk. 

Let it come to a boil. Boil it well.

 Gradually add the dark chocolate and cook it till it's melted. 

Then add cocoa powder and mix well. 

Next, add the preferred amount of sugar for sweetness. I have added 4tbsps.

Let the sugar melt and now add vanilla essence for amazing flavour.

 Cook all these in medium to low flame. 

Once it's cooked well, off the flame and then add cream.

 Don't add while milk is boiling because it will form a buttery layer at the top.

 Add the cream and give it a nice mix till it gets with the heated milk.

 Now in a bowl add a tablespoon of gelatin and add a small amount of water.

you can microwave the gelatin so that it will bloom. In case if you don't have yous can follow the other method.

 Using the double boil method let the gelatin melt and add it to the prepared chocolate mixture.

 And slowly transfer it into the glasses you want and allow it to cool. 

Once it's cool, refrigerate it for 5 to 6  hours for the best pudding.

 After 5 to 6 hours, serve the chocolate pudding and enjoy it.

YOU CAN ADD HOW MUCH EVER CHOCOLATE YOU NEED I LIKE IT LESS CHOCOLATY
