Ingredients :
mint
Coriander leaves
Roasted Jeera - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Ginger- 1 inch
Green chilli - 2
Black salt
Chat masala -1tsp
Pani puri masala - 2tsp
Salt
Lemon -1/4
Method :
Take a jar, add a handful of mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Add 2 green chillies with pepper powder and half-inch ginger.
Then add one teaspoon Roasted Jeera. Add a black salt half teaspoon and salt per your taste.
Squeeze 1/4 lemon.
Add 2 teaspoon of pani puri masala and 1 teaspoon of chat masala And grind it.
Then add half a glass of water and make a thick paste.
Transfer the paste into a bowl and now add water as much as you want such as 2 glasses or 3 glasses of water and allow it to refrigerate.
Serve cool and yummy pani puri mint water.
Potato for Panipuri
Ingredients :
Potato
Salt
Coriander leaves
Kashmiri Chilli powder - 3tsp
Lemon juice
Oil
Method :
Take the boiled potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces.
In a jar, add three teaspoons of Kashmiri red chilli powder with fresh coriander leaves.
Also, squeeze half lemon into the jar with salt as per your taste.
Now add little water to make it semi-liquid paste.
After grinding, take a pan and heat oil.
Add the paste and mix well until all the raw smells go away.
After 3 to 4 minutes of cooking turn off the gas and allow it to cool.
Once it's cool add the potatoes and mix well.
Cook it before 3 or 4 hours so that the potatoes catch up an excellent taste and make it mouth-watering
