Cardio workouts are always the best option for people who want to lose weight easily. This type of workout increases our heart rate.

 This type of workout strengthens our heart making it function more effectively. It improves your mental health by reducing stress.

 It increases our blood flow and also lowering cholesterol. The best time to do cardio exercise is when your stomach is empty that is a morning walk. 

A walk after a glass of water or a glass of lemon juice will give you much faster results.

1) walking 


Walking is the most effective cardio activity. Walking has so many benefits to our body.

 It instantly refreshes our mood. Walking is very much suitable for beginners who are overweight and want to reduce weight. 

This is the best and easy way to reduce body weight. Walking for a minimum of 30 minutes is necessary for beginners but it has to be done in a brisk manner with minimum speed.

 Start with 30mins and slowly increase to 1 hour for quick and fast results.

Jogging is the second easy workout. Jogging means running at a slow pace with leisure. Jogging burns more calories than walking. 

Warm-up is necessary before starting your jogging session. Also giving your body rest weekly once is mandatory. 

While jogging, your shoes matter a lot. You need a good pair of shoes. Start jogging for 30 minutes first with regular intervals.

 Never eat before going jogging and go on an empty stomach.

 It's the most enjoyable activity as most of them love swimming and staying long times in water so this may be easy for them. This actually works on the whole body and makes it active.

This workout is also very easy. But it requires a lot of energy as well as more time to reduce weight. It's the most enjoyable activity and convenient method.

This type of workout will be tired of us soon but it's one of the best exercises for our body.

 This improves our Brain function. It's a pushup followed by a jump squat. This is proved to burn belly fat faster than any other exercise.

 It seems to be hard because it concentrates on the lower and upper body.  Taking up a 30 days challenge with at least 30 burpees per day will give us the best results.
