MUTTON PULAO
Mutton pulao is the easiest recipe. Short time with fewer efforts. It doesn't consume much of our time. Even bachelors or people who are alone can make this and enjoy its yum taste.
Ingredients:
Soaked Basmati rice - 1 cup
Mutton (250grams)
Green chilies - 3- 4
Ginger garlic paste - 3tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Pepper balls - 1 tsp
Onion - 3
Oil
Tomato - 1
Cinnamon - 1
Cardamon - 2/3
Bay leaf (optional)
Salt
Water
Potatoes - 3
Method:
In a vessel, add oil about 4 tablespoons and let it heat.
Low the flame and add chopped onions along with jeera, pepper balls, bay leaf(optional), cinnamon, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
Add tomato and saute well.
Saute for 2 minutes and add mutton with half a glass of water. Close the vessel and let the mutton cook.
Stir after 20mins. Cook it for 30 - 35 mins.
Then add potatoes and close the lid again. Let it cook for 10mins.
Later add soaked Basmati rice and add the required amount of salt.
Let it come to boil for 3 - 4 minutes and low the flame. Check after 10minutes.
whether the water is enough for the rice to cook. Then let it cook for the next 15 minutes.
Once cooked, add coriander leaves and serve hot with onion salad or boiled egg.
