HOW TO MAKE SHRIKHAND AT HOME

 SHRIKHAND RECIPE 

Shrikhand is one of my favorite sides for puris. The cooking time literally takes only 5 mins but the outcome will blow your mind.


INGREDIENTS:

curd - 1 cup

sugar - 4tbsp

cardamon  - 1tsp

saffron strands ( optional ) - 3-4 strands


METHOD


Take a bowl of curd.

Add the curd to a muslin cloth and leave it for few hours. Let the water from the curd leave.

After few hours take the curd and add 4 tbsp of sugar and 1tsp of cardamon.

Beat them well until it becomes soft.

Add saffron strand if needed.

Top it with dry fruits.

STRAIN THE CURD IN MUSLIN CLOTH

TAKE SUGAR AND CARDAMON AND ADD THE STRAINED CURD
