ACCORDING TO ME MORE THAN FOLLOWING A STRICT DIET MY LIFESTYLE CHANGES HELPED ME A LOT TO REDUCE MY WEIGHT.

 EVERY SMALL CHANGE WILL SHOW GREAT RESULTS IN YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS. 
BUT FOR SURE ALL THE FOLLOWING FACTS ARE JUST ONE STEP FORWARD TO REACH YOUR GOAL.

1. WATER

ACCORDING TO ME, THE FIRST RULE I FOLLOW IS HAVING PLENTY OF WATER.

 NEVER  LET YOUR BODY DEHYDRATED. 

HAVE AT LEAST 3 TO 4 LITRES OF WATER ON A DAILY BASIS. WHILE YOU DRINK WATER IT FILLS YOUR STOMACH WHICH IS CALORIE-FREE. 

IT HELPS TO REDUCE YOUR APPETITE.

2.SLEEP

 SLEEP IS MANDATORY FOR ANY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.4.

YOU NEED AT LEAST 7 - 8 HOURS OF SLEEP PER DAY. THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN SLEEP FROM 1 AM - 10 AM  GO TO BED BY 10 30 AND WAKE UP BY 6 30 OR 7 AM.

3. LAST MEAL

FINISH YOUR LAST MEAL BY 7:00 PM. 

 THIS IS THE GOLDEN RULE TO FOLLOW WHILE DIETING. THIS HELPS YOU TO DIGEST YOUR FOOD MORE EASIER.

 IF YOU CANT KEEP UP WITH TIME DUE TO WORK AT LEAST EAT BEFORE 2 HOURS OF GOING TO BED.

WHILE DIETING HAVE WHOLE FRUITS THAN HAVING JUICES

WHEN YOU MAKE THE FRUIT JUICE THE DIETARY FIBRE GETS LOST. SO TRY TO HAVE WHOLE FRUIT!

6. STAY ACTIVE

AFTER HAVING YOUR AFTERNOON MEAL, NEVER LAY DOWN IMMEDIATELY STAY ACTIVE FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES.


7. STOP HAVING AERATED JUICES EVEN PACKED JUICES. SUGAR IS THE ENEMY FOR US!




THESE ARE ALL JUST A SMALL CHANGE IN YOUR LIFESTYLE WHICH WILL SHOW, GREAT RESULTS. 

WHEN YOU CHANGE THESE YOUR LIFESTYLE BECOMES MORE HEALTHIER. THIS WAS THE KEY I FOLLOWED TO REDUCE MY WEIGHT.

 I WAS WAY MORE HEAVIER THAN MY HEIGHT. IF YOU REALLY CAN'T DO BOTH DIETING AND REDUCING YOUR WEIGHT AT A TIME.
