> CHILLI POWDER - 2 tsp
> CORIANDER POWDER - 2tsp
> BASMATHI RICE - 3 CUPS
> SAFFRON - 4-5 STRANDS
> GHEE - 1 tbsp

METHOD ( TO MAKE CHICKEN GRAVY) :
>ADD OIL TO A PAN.
> AFTER THE OIL GETS HEATED ADD THE SLICED ONIONS.
>SAUTE UNTIL ITS BROWNISH GOLDEN.
>THEN ADD YOUR HOMEMADE GARAM MASALA.
HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE GARAM MASALA
CARDAMON -3
CLOVE - 3
JEERA -1.5 tsp
PEPPER BALLS - 1.5
CINNAMON - 1 STICK
GARLIC - 5 CLOVES
GINGER - 1 INCH
>GRIND EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN A MIXER JAR.
>SAUTE WELL AND ADD 2 tsp OF CHILLI POWDER
>ADD 3 GREEN CHILLIES AND 2tsp OF CORIANDER POWDER.
>ADD SALT AND 0.5 tsp OF TURMERIC POWDER.
> SAUTE WELL AND ADD THE CHICKEN. COOK UNTIL IT IS COOKED
THE GRAVY SHOULDN'T BE WATERY.
METHOD ( RICE)
>TAKE A VESSEL AND ADD WATER
( THE WATER SHOULD BOIL )
>ADD SALT AS REQUIRED.
>ADD 2 CLOVES, 3 CARDAMON, 1 CINNAMON, 1 BAY LEAF
>ADD THE SOAKED BASMATHI RICE AND COOK FOR 10 MINS
>AFTER 10 MINS FILTER THE EXTRA WATER.
LAYERING
> ADD GRAVY AND BOILED RICE AS LAYERS.
AS TOPPINGS ADD
SOAKED SAFFRON WATER1 tbsp OF GHEE
FRIED ONIONS
CORIANDER LEAVES
